Our mission is to educate the public about butterflies through butterfly gardening and conservation in Palm Beach and Martin Counties.
The Atala Chapter of the North American Butterfly Association (NABA) was founded in the summer of 1995. Since that time, we have held NABA 4th of July Butterfly Counts every year, countless field trips throughout Florida and quarterly meetings featuring various nature-related topics.
Meetings are 1:00-3:00 pm at Mounts Auditorium/Mounts Botanical Garden, 531 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, Fl 33415. The Mounts Auditorium is at the front of the Garden at the Military Trail entrance. Directions to Mounts Botanical Garden https://www.mounts.org/visit-mounts/how-to-get-to-mounts/.
Check calendar for upcoming meetings and butterfly walks.
